Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PeptideTrack ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

PeptideTrack is a mobile application that provides:

  • Tracking and calculation tools for peptide and TRT protocols
  • Visual syringe rendering for dose visualization
  • Inventory management and dose logging
  • Reminder notifications for scheduled doses

PeptideTrack is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App is intended for personal tracking purposes only.

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the App.
  • You will use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You are responsible for consulting qualified healthcare professionals regarding your health decisions.
  • You will not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Please read this disclaimer carefully.

  • PeptideTrack does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
  • The App is a calculation and tracking tool only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals before starting, changing, or stopping any medication or supplement regimen.
  • We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from your use of the App or decisions made based on information displayed in the App.

Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free Plan: Basic features available at no cost, limited to one protocol with advertisements.
  • Pro Plan: $4.99/month or $49.99/year, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase. Contact support@peptidetrack.com for refund requests.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, features, design, code, and functionality of the App are owned by PeptideTrack and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.
  • Your Data: You retain ownership of any data you enter into the App. We do not claim ownership of your protocols, logs, or personal information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
  • We are not liable for any data loss, medical outcomes, or health decisions made using the App.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
  • You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
